It’s time to start thinking of getting in shape, starting a new diet, and most of all, exercise! As you continue exploring your sissy femininity, self care is important. First: Exercise

As far as your excercise plan, I had a gym membership in mind. Research in your area the absolute best plan. Now if you give up your ice cream and wine budget, you will be able to afford that membership. One must sacrifice to be beautiful, and one must invest as well. What I have in mind for you is not only a treadmill, but the classes that gyms have to offer. Body sculpting classes integrate step aerobics, dumbells, and a mat.

Next: Shopping

So where is this all going you say? Your favorite subject, of course: shopping! Sissy will need panty lines under the white, pink, or lavender sweats. Sissy will need a workout bra underneath the workout shirt. She will need a pink gym bag as well. All girlie girls have lip balm in their gym bags. Yours will be infused with a pink hue, and glossy glittery.

Exercise Builds Confidence

Did you know most body sculpting classes are 90% female attendance? Here is your chance to shine, so work out in the front of the class. Gyms provide the step and dumbells, but you can bring along your pink workout mat. Dont forget to bring your jacuzzi bikini too. Not quite that out? Well the tan lines should provide a bikini top. I understand you may not want to be obscene (not that you have anything to show), so you may wear a “boy” bottom…as long as you have that pink towel with you!
