I have been required to do both at various times… my first wife made me wear a tampon when she had her period …. she would insert it into me before I was allowed to go to my work and she would remove it that evening. My current wife insists that I wear her pads as she is done with them… so when she needs to change a pad she hands it to me and I have to wear it still wet and warm… she says this way I experience more closely the feelings and the fears (of someone noticing or worse it bleeding through)
