Have you ever taken an acting class? I have, in fact I did a lot of community theatre in college…and there is something you may or may not know about actors… they are people watchers. When a professional actor is looking at a person, they see more than their dress or stature, they see their mannerisms. Things like the curve of the lips, placement of the hands, etc.

So for today, or this week I want you to start carrying a journal. Jot down in that journal the mannerisms of the women around you. Pay attention to all of them, from the girl at the coffee shop, to the women in the car beside you, every woman counts for this exercise.
Success is in the details! Along with how to walk in heels or wear pretty panties – you must know where your hands go, how to cross your legs, etc. And yes, you can watch movies for this exercise but I think real life people will give you much more to work with. Imagine yourself a professional actor, that is training for your biggest role yet!
