Hi there, all my sissies! Winter is just about over, spring is coming, and summer is not to far away. Well, there is spring break coming up…which to me is a taste of summer, before summer! LOL.

See, I understand that most of you are too lazy to do this on your own, so strength in numbers ladies! I will lead your sissy aerobics class and give you sissy training instructions that will get your body in top form before the height of the season!
What to Wear
Of course, make sure you come to my session dressed in a hobble skirt and high heels. We’ll be doing jumping jacks, squat thrusts, push-ups, sit-ups, and of course…YOGA! Be ready to release your mind and stretch places you’ve never felt before.
Be ready to sweat…make sure and wear plenty of antiperspirant, dear. No one likes a smelly girl.
Drink lots of water, you need to stay hydrated!
Stretching you to your limits and then some, you’ll have that awesome, bitchn’ bod in no time at all…training can be rigorous (have you ever trained with a young college girl before? Lol, LOTS of energy!) Honey, I’ll have you running five minute miles in a pair of high heels in no time! If you don’t follow instructions or try to lie to your trainer about your efforts and progress, there will definitely be sissy humiliation to keep you in check.
