To make the grain based ones, funnel whichever substance you are using down into a knee high stocking. When it is the size of breast that you want, cut off the excess stocking and tie a double knot in the end. Repeat.

To create sand forms, use the funnel to fill either your baggie or balloon container. Knot or seal as appropriate, and then make a matching one.

Don’t expect to get it right the first time. This will likely require a bit of experimentation on your part to get your breasts a relatively uniform size, and to get a size that you like on your body.
