It’s time to shop at CVS, Walgreens, Target, etc, wherever you can purchase tampons, maxi pads, mini pads, and panty liners (sissies LOVE panty liners because it hides the telltale turn on :precummies..ewww). Also, you must buy some Midol for the cramps you are going to have. How do we get those cramps? This depends on your chemistry. One thing that gives me cramps is sugarless gum and sugarless gummy bears (princesses are always dieting even though they are tall and lean like myself). The sissy will buy a heating pad because when the cramps kick in , she will lie on the couch in her pink silk robe, call her Mistress to tell her of her unfortunate state. She will have the pad on her stomach and she will give Mistress a blow by blow detail of her uncomfortable physicality.

Now how does a sissy get bloated? From the gum or gummie bears as well. Sorbitol, sucralose, etc, all create bloating…oh ummmm…sissies are not allowed to pass gas as it is not ladylike, so hold it in for cramps and bloating! Btw…your princess never ever passes gas..she is perfect!

One way to hold it in? Tampons which have been soaked in pomagranate juice. That’s PURE pomagranate juice from Whole Foods…no additives. It not only tints the tampons, but it will add antioxidents to your diet.

Sissy will have her period for 4-5 days, or whenever Princess decides. She will have purchased all of her supplies. She will be enfemme when she does the purchase, and she will buy some pink summers eve douche for post menstrual cleansing.

Oh…lol…dont forget the carton of your favorite ice cream and lots of kleenex while you and your heating pad are drowning your sorrow in a sappy chick flick…heeheehee

Who said sports can’t be sexy?  Of course, there’s a certain pleasure in watching those delicious basketball players dribble down the court, or football players showing off their asses in those spandex pants.  However, some people think that you can’t be a girly girl AND be athletic.  With it being summertime and all, this is the perfect opportunity to get out there and play.  Swimming, tennis, and volleyball are three examples of sports where you can look hot and flaunt your inner slut.

Finally, there’s volleyball.  I like to think of volleyball as being a combination of the two sports mentioned above; like swimming, you can wear a sexy bikini as you dash through the sand, but like tennis, you get to do a little bit of prancing and ass jiggling.  Don’t you cringe with envy as you see pretty coeds playing volleyball on the beach, giggling and having a good time?  That can be you!

it sounds painful… and it was! :giggle:  But hey, everything worth having is worth a little work, don’t you think? And believe me, my bikini area is so silky smooth now that it was definitely worth a few seconds of agonizing torture… :giggle:.   There is nothing worse than having a teeny weenie bikini on and then ruining the look with an ugly forest of nasty pubes!   So your assignment today is to make an appointment for your sissy self at the salon, and get yourself a brand new pedicure and a bikini wax… or a Brazilian.  For my sissies, a Brazilian is the best choice because it gets rid of that ‘pussy’ hair that you sissies have so much
