Hiya! I was talking to one of my sweet sissy girls the other week and we got on the subject of sissy hair care. My sissy girl was admiring my long locks and asking me how she, a mere sissy girl, could ever hope to achieve glossy, long, thick, luscious hair like mine. But guess what? I am going to share my exact hair care routine so you will see that even those of us who won the genetic lottery have to put in the work to get the results. I put a lot of time and effort, along with considerable financial resources, keeping my hair in tip top shape. And I thought I would share what I know with you, my sweet feminine underlings.
Feminine Hair begins with your Hair Type
Your hair care routine should be structured around your hair type, and sadly for all of us, I fall squarely in a specific hair type: greasy. So where are my greasy sissy girls at? Boy, do I have a hair care routine for you! But if you have dry or damaged hair, this routine may not be the best for you. But I am going to jump right in as the expert in battling greasy hair, because I did finally zero in on a routine that leaves my hair silky, balanced and light as air.
Greasy Hair, the Most Unfeminine-est of the Hair Types
We are going to explore the reasons that hair gets greasy in the first place to see how we can combat it effectively. So there are several things that could be happening that result in greasy hair:
- Over Washing: Stripping your hair of your natural oils will prompt your scalp to generate new oils, resulting in greasy hair
- Dry Scalp: If your scalp is dry, again, it will create oils to combat that, resulting in greasy hair
- Technique: Briskly rubbing your scalp to remove oils & rinsing out both shampoo and conditioner extensively may assist in achieving truly feminine hair
- Diet: Too much sugar, dairy or red meat can also result in a greasy scalp
- Scalp Care: If you aren’t caring for your scalp, it can result in- yep, you guessed it- a greasy scalp!
- Not Distributing the Oils: If you aren’t regularly brushing your hair, you are not distributing the oils from your scalp, resulting in a greasy scalp
For me, that last point was a fucking game changer.
How to Get Feminine Hair Like Ms Becky’s
I have added a couple of things that have truly revolutionized my hair care routine and I will share them with you below, in no particular order.
SCALP CARE
This is where I put in the most effort. I work hard to make sure my scalp stays balanced and I have stumbled across the most effective way to manage my greasy scalp.
Scalp Massager: Get you a fucking scalp massager, sissy girl! You won’t regret it. They are these soft spikes that you massage into your scalp that remove build up, debris, sebum, dead skin- all that gunk we want gone. I pretty much use it to maximize all my scalp products too.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): Such a cost-effective easy way to soften your hair and balance your hair’s ph levels, which will result in that shiny, soft, bouncy feminine hair that all us girls are trying to get. I use a little squeeze bottle and use 5 parts water to one part ACV. I apply it after I have washed my hair and before I condition it. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair looking fantastic. Please note, if you feel any burning rinse off immediately and do not get ACV in your eyes. I use with the scalp massage as well. Best part is you can buy it in any grocery store across America for a couple bucks.
Rosemary Mint Serum: Typically, before I am going to wash my hair, I will put on my Pacifica Scalp Love Rosemary Mint Serum and rub it into my scalp with the scalp massager for several hours before, if not overnight. It is a bit greasy, so make sure you are washing your hair afterwards.
Rosemary Apple Cider Scalp Detox (1/3): I also use Pacifica Rosemary Apple Cider Scalp Detox with glycolic acid and niacinamide to remove congestion from our scalp and hair follicles. I tend to switch this off with the next two products, using one of them at a time. Pacifica is a vegan, cruelty free brand (which I love!) and its super affordable.
Rosemary Detox Scalp Scrub (2/3): Now I love Pacifica’s Rosemary Detox Scalp Scrub so fucking much, save one feature- it has those little black beads for extra exfoliating, but they get in the way of the product leaving the little hole they created. I feel like MacGyver trying to get it out. But once it’s out, it feels soooo good to scrub into my scalp with my scalp massager. I am a bit more careful when using scrubs, because I don’t want to scratch my scalp and then put apple cider vinegar on my head. It’s too corrosive. So, if I happen to get a bit more vigorous than normal, I may skip the ACV.
Glycolic Acid Toner (3/3): I also massage in The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution with my scalp massager, which exfoliates, removes build up, and hydrates my scalp. I leave it on for about 3 minutes in between shampooing (before) and conditioning (after).
Boar’s Hair Brush: Getting a Boar’s Hair Brush was one of the simplest investments to achieve truly feminine hair. Authentic boar’s hair brushes grab the grease from your scalp and distribute it to the rest of your hair, keeping your hair moist and hydrated and your scalp balanced. It is also one of the most enjoyable parts of my hair care routine. I love the feeling of sliding that brush through my hair. Note that they do smell when you first get them, and you will have to brush in layers- this isnt the type of brush that penetrates all your hair- it only does the top layer so play around with that.
Scalp Balancing Shampoo & Conditioner: I just recently stumbled upon Moroccan Oil Scalp Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner, which honestly partially prompted me to write this breakdown of my routine. After years of dealing with greasy hair, I finally cracked the fucking code. Now this stuff is pricey but I will say it lasts a long time and is worth the hype. I also was gifted my latest set by one of my submissves who saw it on my wish list and wanted to spoil me! Also, I only wash my hair every 3rd day to ensure I am not stripping the needed oils from my hair, which once again, does nothing more than trigger my scalp to secrete more oil.
STYLING MY HAIR
Dry Shampoo: I do use dry shampoo in between washing my hair to keep it looking floofy and weightless. I don’t gravitate to a brand as much as I do scents- Foxy Bae’s Dirty Gal is divinely scented, as is CHI Vibes Wake + Fake. A lot of people worry about white overcast, but truthfully, I don’t spray my dry shampoo so close to my scalp. I spray is about 8 inches from my scalp and never have any overcast issues myself.
Drying my Hair: I use the Sharper Image Revel Airflow 6-in-1 Styler because it doesn’t damage my hair, it has several attachments I can use to achieve different styles. Its an investment for sure, but well worth it if you can swing it.
Styling my Hair: Now, for the most part I use my Revel system (above) and once its dried, its also styled. However, I have been a long term user of hot rollers my entire life. While other girls were wrestling with curling irons for hours, I was popping the hot rollers in and getting fully styled gorgeous hair within 5 mins. I have used a lot of hot rollers, and my current set is about 8 years old- so most of them last a long, long while. I am obsessed with the T3 Volumizing Hot Rollers on my wishlist– I have read all the reviews and they seem amazing- but they are a bit of an investment too, so I am saving up for them. My final step is using either Dry Bar’s Triple Sec 3-in-1 Finishing Spray in Lush Scent (SOOOOO GOOD!) or Tigi Bed Head Wax to give it just a little bit of separation and definition.

Closing Thoughts on Feminine Hair
Sissy girl, I hope this article did two things for you: gave you real life solutions to the plague of greasy hair as well as demonstrate that beauty and wellness is an investment in yourself. Please know that I put energy into looking my best, because I know I feel my best when I look my best. Now, let’s also get fucking real here, too: Everyone has different price points and priorities and finances and genetics and privileges and disadvantages. The topic of feminine hair will be no different, I know this article veered heavily into a program for greasy hair, but I have quite an eye for these things and an a good little consumer researcher so if you need help developing a hair or scalp routine that may work for you, hit me up at becky@enchantrixempire.com.
