I then taught Delilah all about the mental aspects of being a “good girl”. The first thing I showed her was how to use that girl brain. Learning to think like a girl is as important as any clothing you choose to wear. So I told her, during the course of a day she would be faced with decisions, pick a few and think about how a woman in your life would make that decision. The more assignments completed and adventures taken over, it made me realize two things. Firstly, how much I love being a girly girl and all the fun aspects of being very feminine. My favorite parts of myself are simply because of the femininity behind it. Secondly, I want to encourage as many people as possible to take that leap.
