Your sissy body training is about to begin. Download a yoga or video and a belly dance video. Alternate the videos each day, working on shaping your feminine form. Treat yourself and go buy yourself some sexy clothes for both dvds and watch yourself in the mirror while you practice. Enjoy the sensuality of your slow, deliberately feminine movements and know they’re shaping your body for the best. Eat sensibly, like low fat, lots of salads, and continue this for a week.
The Following Week…
So you’ve been on your new regimen for a week now. Let’s see if you’ve made any progress, shall we? I want you to get out your scale and weigh in for me. Have you lost any weight? I want you to write your current weight down, we’ll be doing this every week. Think of it as a new ritual for you to follow. First, you’ll weigh yourself and note any gains or losses. Next, you’ll take a soft, fabric tape measure and measure your chest, right at the nipples. Then measure your waist at your waistline. Next your hips, right across the fat part of your ass. Write down all these measurements and compare them each week. Our goal is to drop your waistline and increase the size of your butt and your chest. I’ll be sending you some exercises to perform for your bustline and your bottom. How else are you going to fill out those panties for me?
Penalties for Failure
Now for your penalties. (Sissy punishment is a good incentive to reach your goal, and I feel that all sissies need training and discipline on their feminization journey!) Any week you don’t drop at least a pound you’ll be required to paint your toenails and wear it for the week. You’ll also wear some glossy pink lipstick and frilly sissy panties (you probably wear these already). Let’s add a hint of perfume to that, of course. For every week your other measurements gain or lose, I’ll add or subtract minutes from your daily panty bulge rubbing. Progress will be rewarded, not only with your new form shining through, but in other areas.
